A SUSTAINABLE DAY AT WANÅS

 For the third time A Sustainable Day is held at Wanås on Monday June 22, 2015. The focus is on food, environment and sustainability. Find out more about solar power, funding, education, organic and locally produced food, travel, hidden gems to visit in Skåne, workshops, presentations and food tastings. Inauguration by Mats-Eric Nilsson, editor of the food magazine Hunger who has written several books on food and food scams. A Sustainable Day is co-arranged by Wanås Konst, Wanås Gods, Klimat- och Energirådgivare in Hässleholm and Östra Göinge and Europa Direkt. Program A Sustainable Day June 22:

10am Opens to the public.

11am Inauguration Mats-Eric Nilsson.

11.30am Lecture I pulvermosets land by Mats-Eric Nilsson. (In Swedish)

11am – 5pm Food tasting, locallly produced artisan food, information from exhibitors.

11am  –5pm Wood Work Shop for all ages – drop-in.

12.30pm & 2.30pm Farm visit at Wanås. Learn about the farm and the production of organic milk.
